thank you my man. amy and i were together for 5 years so until i posted it, it was one of my personal favorites that was tough for me to let go of and post for sale...but i finally realized that it is not ok for me to hold something off the web that was filmed for commercial sale in the first place. i will be taking it off of clips4sale tomorrow, because it is one of the last scenes in the current amy and emily series, so there are a couple more to be posted on step1models before this one goes up...so basically after this vid comes of clips4sale, it could be 3 to 4 months before step1models. shredder, thanks again for being my harshest critic when i deserve it and thanks even more for your forgiveness once i get things back on track.. i know i have been on and off a few times in the last couple years, but i am now in california, and in 2 months, i start a new aggressive recruiting campaign which means the new year brings the beginning of consistent, exclusive new faces back to step1...also on a side note. it dawned on me today that i am literally the only amateur site in the world that is verified as 100% real first timers recruited by me personally. not one agency girl, and the biggest thing is that in 5 years of being online, only one model from my site did a shoot for another site...so this gives me huge value as being the only guy or one of the only guys in the world who can choose a pro site to partner with and then my exclusive amateur model producing site, becomes the only "farming" site that can bring a pro site the ability to transition into one of the only pro sites with exclusive pro models that have a complete documented trail back to the first day they walked in my door....i can prove that 99% of my models are mine and mine only...and the crazy part is i never did contracts with any of them that binded them to me exclusively. any one want to accept the challenge of doing some research on if there is another amateur site or sites out there who are accepted as legitimate claims of non agency girls and 90% or more of the models are exclusive?

Be careful about getting larger. If your not aware of Mike South blog on the adult industry then start doing your homework. I'm amazed your site hasn't been ripped and put up on the tubesite. The tubesite could care less about copyright because they'll generally stick it to all but the largest Adult companies. Only those large companies have the ability to fight and get a settlement. Now maybe I'm wrong and you figured out a way to get your material taken down as soon as it's put up. Nothing ruins the economics of this business like the tubesites.
4) Good luck on finding the same type of woman in California. I'll be really surprised and happy if your successful.
5) forget about having the woman sign contracts. It'll just lead to legal expenses at some future point. Compensate the woman in ways that others can not (besides a paycheck) and they'll come back to 'work' for you. Best way to keep a employee is to figure what makes them tick and keep them happy.

odd... i deleted that video from my listed clips. i just went back and saw it is still for sale. i'm on chat with customer support. not sure why it didn't come down. as far as my site getting ripped, i do have someone watching the net for illegal copyright posts. the tubes don't actually stick it to the bigger companies.. if you send them a dmca claim they have a day or two to take it down, and i have never had any site be able to get away with keeping it on there... if they take too long doing it, we just get them taken off google search etc concerning step1.. so yeah i have been pretty good about taking away incentive for site rips.
i agree.. after thinking it over, i decided not to attach myself to a larger company...all of these girls have been loyal to me because i have warned them about the industry and for me to lead them to the big sites would be doing the opposite of what built our friendships... california hasn't ben a problem for me.. i did some shoots here a couple years ago, but i think to ensure the likelihood of keeping them exclusive, i will just keep traveling back to my original state for shoots...neither of the 2 models i have shot with from california has worked with another site in the 2 years since...so i think i'm just good at finding girls who want no part of doing this for a living, but are comfortable enough to do it for supplemental income with me.. i will keep getting all the paperwork signed as that is the law. i can't sell photos or video of them without their signing releases for compensation...i'm air tight on all that :) well...as of now they said it is removed from all servers, but it is still showing up on the clips store...i'll update you when this gets resolved... i'll be replacing it with another exclusive video as well..

as of now heather and amy threesome is still on the store even though i deleted the clip. they are a bit confused as to why it is still available, so i told them to email me when it is resolved. for now...i'm stumped. i saved a transcript of my convo with studio support in case any of you think i was being dishonest. :)

dormant indeed... sorry guys. i got burned out and went down a bad path...i almost let the site go for good.. however, i have addressed a lot of things in my life, hired my webmaster to come back to work and the site has been repaired so all memberships are working correctly again... i'll be posting updates again in the next few days and will start posting 2 updates per week again like i did in the old days :)
