Wife and I went to Nexus Naturist Sauna in Verona, Italy. Here's my review.

Some older and a few in their 30s. Maybe some of the women in 20s. Pretty much every woman was shaved I think we saw two with any pubic hair out of the 100+. We first tried the hot sauna and stayed maybe 3 minutes before getting out. We then walked over to the steam room.
