Nudity not illegal in NZ
 

Throughout this subject, there have been the odd comments about the situation on NZ beaches.
A bare breasted march was to be held down Queen Street in Auckland and the question was raised on radio about whether it was illegal or not.
The answer came back that no, nudity is not illegal in New Zealand. but obscenity is. And obscenity is in the mind of the viewer.
If a person with an obscene mind considers your natural assetts to be obscene, then so be it. Your argument wont hold against theirs.
I found that surprising, confusing and conflicting.
I would like to see a proper legal opinion on that.

As we like to go to all the beaches is Sydney we have not yet been to Werrong Beach so V got me to call in and have a look as we have read a lot of posts about it
Well in my thoughts here we go - a pretty little beach with a good lot of grass area but not worth the walk, it took me 25 minutes to walk down to and 35minutes to walk back all up hill, seriously if u r that keen to go to a nudist beach then yes but that walk back up to the car park is not worth it at all there are so many other beaches that r easy to get to
Fair enough if you r in your 20’s/30’s but for a middle age 40’s guy reasonably fit on a hot day climbing back up the hill for 35 solid minutes stuff that
