Realizing I'm almost a year late with this:

The girl - whether you want to refer to her as "Borders' girl," "Peacock girl" or "Sandra" - says in the video that she rode the previous year. Unless she lied, she rode in 2009.

Indeed, here she is, from post # 222 of the 2009 thread. Not only does she look approximately the same, she's wearing the exact same sandals. She says in the 2010 video that she just bought her bike, which is consistent with the need to replace the ridiculously undersized kids' bike she rode in 2009.

One more of Sandra Peacockgirl from 2009, with the significant caveat that you really can't see much of anything ... plus a few from 2010 that maybe haven't already been posted.

Incidentally, the peacock is a bit odd as a paint theme, since -as the name suggests in at least two different senses - all peacocks are male. Females of the same species are peahens, and don't have the fancy plumage.
