Yes they most definitely have stopped these. I’ve been going there almost every year since 2005 in peak season and I have never seen a pageant competition there ever. Sounds about right that they stopped it in early 2000’s. A shame really as it would have been great to see it!

Thought I'd contribute my knowledge about the full nude beauty pageants at Cap D'Agde. I don't know when they started, but they were certainly going on in the early 80s. Footage and photos exist and it seems to be happening near the beach out in the open. All photography and video taping were permitted. At least one year in the 80s, the Dutch porn magazine Seventeen went out there to photograph the girls. You can see in some of the photos from that era that lots of people were there to take pictures, similar to NAP. The girls seem to be in their late teens or early 20s. Other years during the time period the contests were held indoors in a restaurant or some large event area.
In the late 90s/early 2000s the pageants were held in a private outdoor pool area. The pool has since been remodeled and is a private club/restaurant with a pool now. I can't figure out if it was located where Le Jardin d'Eden is or the pool at Le Maxime. Photography and filming were not allowed except by the pageant organizers. A nudist man named Don was the photographer. There were several videographer including a man name Gunter. In 2000, L'Athkios sponsored the competition, I think that's the pool or a restaurant/bar in the private pool.
Some years there was just one competition for all the girls who participated. Other years, like the August 17, 2000 competition, the competition was broken down into two categories: 14 and under, and 15 and up. Most of the contestants in the 15 and up category were actually 18-22, but a few were 16 and 17.
I suspect they held a competition every week in August during the traditional European holiday. One of the contestants, Liliana, appeared in the August 17, 2000 competition and another competition. She states on camera in Italian that she's 18 and from Rome in both competitions, so she likely stayed for two weeks. I suspect the second pageant was a week later, since Italians get August 15 off for Ferragosto and those who can afford it take at least two weeks off.
There may have also been a 2001 competition at Cap D'Agde. However, soon after the competitions are held at another location in France. There's an above ground pool and some kind of country estate is in the background. I assume this is due to the general consenus in the nudist community that Cap was not a family friendly location anymore by the early 2000s. There's only a 1 or 2 competitions in this area and then there's no footage or photos of any other pageants after that.
In 2008 some or all of the achived footage was sold to someone who put it up for sale on nudism websites. I assume at this point they either ended the pageants or didn't allow any more video or photography. Times have changed and the contest would have to be reworked, but I'd love to see an 18-25 nude beauty pageant again, though I'm not sure how you'll get many 18-25 year old girls to come to Cap now lol.
