Sadly these contests stopped early 2000 (2003 if I remember well) in Cap d'Agde. The CDA contests stopped mainly due of the lawsuit from a junior contestant who complained because her pictures went all over the web. In the end, she didn't won at the court cause a legal agreement was signed by the parents and the contestants prior the contest for image, video capture and broadcasting. Still, after that incident they simply decided to stop these type of events in CDA. Some similar events are still taking place in other naturist resorts in France but photo and video capture are now strictly forbidden. |
