There is pics of her all over the internet. Without the Censor. (And they have been out for a couple years.) Making your story, very doubtfull to me. (And to be honest, I dislike Liars.)

Btw- I posted a pic I have of her. (Btw- If anybody has other uncensored pics of Her. I would like to try to obtain them.)

glcmustliveon Those pics are too small For Alteration. Agian, This need repeating. The pics must be at least 100kb's. Or its not worth it.

It is not an easy task at all. In fact, that was one of the more complicated fixes I did. Motion blur is difficult to stabilize. I don't have a quick and easy method for you to follow. I employeed severl methods to achieve those results.
