Mixed Gender Subway Trains

This happens to me fairly often on crowded standing room only subway trains. The young woman in front of me presses her bum against my front. In another example, the young woman behind me presses her breasts against my back. It's crowded so I'm stuck and can't move away. Maybe women should have their own "women only" subway cars?
