I have had a number of risque prints done at snapfish with no issues. I emailed them and questioned them about adult photos and the said normal posing and such was ok. Penetration with toys or sexual content they would not print. I have sent some in that were the wife playing with a large toy. No issues with them printing them.

In the 80s, and even afterwards, my wife and I liked the sexy photos very much. She posed for me and I had them developed in laboratories, by mail. But rolls disappeared, and I decided to go into one hour shop.
It was very hot, as there were customers and employees! I had another experience a few years ago.
I was doing some tidying up and found all my old negatives.
I picked some of them out. Ranging from lingerie to topless to completely naked. I took them to one of the few remaining one hour places in the area. It was run by an Asian guy and his wife (I presume it was his wife) I handed him the negatives and he spread out them out on a light on the counter. I told him which numbers I wanted. He said the negatives were very old but he would see what he could do.

I came back about an hour later and the guy and his wife were both at the counter. The guy grabbed the envelope and proceeded to lay out all the photos on the counter. He started pointing out photos that were a bit faded, and some with scratch marks from the old negatives. None of this interested me. About 1 years ago my wife and I rented a villa with a swimming pool, it was very secluded so we didn't bother wearing anything when in or around the pool. I remember Dolphin labs well, many a great pic of my wife was printed, even ones of her with her toys half inside her open, wet pussy.

As I have posted previously, but maybe not on this thread. Absolutely 100% if men were working in the photo processing shops, then they were making copies of photos when possible.

So if you took your photos into such a place in the 80s and 90s, then there was a high likelihood that the blokes there had copies of your GF/Wife/sex friend etc. Now being that time and the fact it was before the internet went mainstream, most of said photos never ventured past the eyes of mates. I'm sure there were some forums or BBSs that had some, but it would have been extremely niche.

I hope this helps to make a few people here excited to know their partners have been seen by more people.

In the early 70s my friend married a girl he knew since high school.
He was mid 20s and home from several tours in VietNam, she was a few years younger. She was in my High school so I knew her enough to know that she wasn't the prettiest of the class, but she was what Bernie liked . When they got married she was working in a very large photo processing plant. They did all the work for the local drug stores plus a lot of mailin work.

Burnie and I would sit around drinking beer and telling war stories and occasionally he would pull out his photo albums from VietNam. They included a lot of pictures of the local girls and hookers. I asked how he got them developed and he said he had mailed the film home to his gonna be wife and she developed it at work.
Then he pulled out stacks of pictures of naked women. It seems the wife printed extras of all the juicey stuff that customers sent in and brought them home to Bernie !

Now all the printers are on automatic and the pics only get a few spot checks so I bet 99% never get noticed.

I take a lot of pics of stuff like Fantasyfest, Mardi Gras and Nudes-a-Poppin. Several years ago I befriended a young guy that was working the photo desk at a local drug store. They do them in store and get frequent spot checks to insure the quality. I asked about the co. policy regards nude photos. He said they never worry about anything they see except hardcore sex or underage kids in the pics. I don't print a lot anymore, but if I do it's usually 8 x 10 or larger so I still try to insure he is the one working , because I'd hate to cause some granny clerk to stroke out printing naked women.

So with all this extra time on my hands I decided to be productive and do something nice for my girl. She’s an essential employee so she is having to go to work and I’m at home working. I decided to use this time to scan all her old photos and create a hardcover photobook and also give her a digital copy. I quickly found many pictures had faded, been creased, wrinkled, or otherwise not in good scannable condition. However because they were film, the negatives were still in their protective sleeves and in good shape. I had heard that because you can make larger photos from negatives the quality is better scanned than the standard sized prints. I quickly ordered a negative scanner and got to work. This one scans a strip at a time and isn’t quick so I work while it does. After a few days I reviewed the pictures. Many were familiar as they were part of the packs of prints. However there were some new photos in there. I originally figured the 24 print packs had missing photos because they didn’t come out and at that time you could return them and not put for them. That was mostly accurate but there were photos from spring break, clubs, dances, parties, and other times that were either rejected by the company printing, destroyed by my girl, or kept by someone else. One shot I found incredible was a guy sleeping completely naked on a bed. I can’t figure out the context as he doesn’t appear elsewhere. Was this a one night stand? Was this the first guy ever? Did she take this picture or one of her friends that was in the other regular pictures? So many questions but I don’t know how to bring it up or if I should.

still, the anticipation was thrilling, no? been meaning to start shooting film or slides again, just as an adjunct to digital - there's still a few places that develop - to get that slow-burn enjoyment of anticipation. It won't match the pleasure of walking into the university bookstore photo department with my then-GF (now wife) to pick up loads of nudes of her showing her huge hairy bush, and having the college guys linger on her with their eyes, but I still have the memories!

My wife's brother died years ago, one of the things he left behind was a big box full of camera equipment, the old film type. There are a lot of expensive cameras and lenses, I have no idea if any of this stuff is worth anything now. Recently my wife and I moved into a house on a lake, there is a lot of wildlife, so we bought an expensive camera. I got that box of BIL's camera stuff to see if there was a case or anything we could use, in one of the cases were some rolls of film we didn't know were there.

My wife got excited, maybe there were some pics of her long gone brother on one of the rolls, she wanted me to find away to get them developed. Of course the drugstores don't do this any longer, but I found a place online to mail them to, The Darkroom. When we got the pics back indeed there were some pics of him, and his GF at the time as well as strangers, I see why he had not taken these to Walgreen's.

My wife asked me to destroy the nudes, and she got to keep a few that were normal pics of him.

But of cause you kept those and share a few here.

Long time ago my first wife and her sister took some semi nudes,home made g stings and stars on their tits infront of the christmas tree,when they got them back I could see my wifes pics but not my sister in laws,so oneday I went in their photo cabinet found the negetives and had two 5 X7 photos made of my sis in law ,you could see her whole tits exept for the nips and the g-string was riding a few inches to high,the pics went in my locker at work till I retired.

There was a photography store in my area that I used to develop my photos. 98% were regular photos but once in awhile there were a few topless/nude pics of my now ex-wife. I had a clear view of the machine while I was there and could see that the guy would thumb through photos. Probably to make sure they came out so I knew he saw the good ones. That was confirmed one day when he said something about it looks like we had a good trip. My photos got better after that. My wife and I were out one day. After my experience at Fox Foto, I do believe they made extra copies of my prints. Why else would it take so long to perform when they were only printing? Re: Post #78 and the fact that all the prints didn't come out of the machine at one time? other prints came out between , as they told me print 1-30 and then others then print 31-36?

Perhaps her brother did get a set hahaha

When my wife and I were active AANR nudists, we got a monthly newsletter and it told of upcoming events at clubs in the U.S. it also had advertising and one regular one was for photo developing without censorship or letting the photos go to anyone but whoever sent in the film to be developed or enlarged. They also made 8 x 10 inch calendars using your own nude photos. I loved these and showed my wife from when she was 18 until current. I had about a decade of nude calendars of her. The larger photos showed so much more detail of her!
