A few years after your post, a retrospective article about the game tracked down the original photographer, who still had a few outtakes in his archives.

It does not. I don’t remember any ENF or ENF-like scene in the movie, altho it’s been a long time since I watched it.

I do not think there is any female nudity at all in this movie.

That's a shame, and almost misleading, because if I recall correctly, even on the DVD options menu, I believe there is a graphic where there's a window and Ellen swings in front of it with her pants down, as if animating a scene in the movie. What a waste of great EUF potential

Here is another movie poster with a scene that doesn't happen in the movie. Although it does have Nudity in the movie (it is a 80's sex comedy) but it never really has a Fun ENF/EUF Moment like this happen.

Here's the poster for an old German movie, Hey Marie, I Need More Sleep. I like this one as there's a super brief scene with a "big girl" ENF moment, that's pretty well done.

There's a GIF file of big girl's boobies from this movie somewhere on this site, too, just FYI

Two are Miss Maiko cartoons and their was a movie that was not a cartoon. The one on the bottom wasn't ENF, but she was having your clothes pulled off. Good Vibes was a show on MTV so not really a movie poster.
