One more I can't rotate. The original pic was taken in portrait view so it loaded from my camera on its side. I rotated it, but when i go to upload it here, it still displays sideways.

I wasn't able to convert it to a more standard format, but the quality is just as good using the simple player above. (The converter on that page won't convert more than 90 seconds in demo mode, crap.)

I downloaded the video mentioned and converted it to avi. It was 40 megs.
I split it into 4 parts to post here, but the uploads keep crapping out.

Thanks for all the help with the vid, the pm's and all. I'll respond to them shortly. I've got a lot more pics of the "black widow spider" girl. She was pretty visible during the painting party, moving about on roller skates.

I've cropped and prepared about 75 more pics. On top of that, there will be 25-50 more. Rather than post them in this thread (which we can't do right now anyway), i will stick them in a rapidshare file (o two or three) with the others above. All told, there will be around 250 pics. I will try and include pics of as many riders as i can in the file.
I'm going thru my pics now to ferret out riders I haven't posted yet. Look for the files within a weeks time down in the free sites section. I may still post a few here, but just the better ones. For all those that are interested in these pics, now is the time to make specific requests i.e more of this babe or that, more of this type of pic, etc. Thats because even with 250 pics, there is still a ton of stuff (i took over 1500 pics) that will never see the light of OCC. That is UNLESS YOU WANT it to......

All of the pics in this thread are there, and each has been further "refined" (my term for a more precise crop). In addition, there is other stuff, both original and web based. I personally recrop EVERY pic before I upload it, regardless of where it came from. It is time consuming, but I want to present a quality product.

It has been very gratifying to me to see a little community start to develop here at OCC focusing on event pics (bikes, runs, tunick, campus stuff, festivals, etc). This has only happened in the past 3-6 months, I feel. Some of the things I've seen happening lately have been like a dream come true for me. For example, upcoming events are now often given "heads up" threads to encourage coverage, then everyone chips in with pics they've mined or taken themselves after its over. This is awesome! What a way to build on one's collection.

Anyway, if I had the webhosting skills, I would try to make my site more like a little forum for event pics. But I don't have the time or the skill to work on it. The main purpose would be to host original pics, generate discussions about events, and build an archive of pics organized by event. The main thing I would try to avoid is attracting too much attention from event organizers :)

Anyway, I invite anyone reading this to check out my pics. Right now, a lot of my internal links are screwed up - I'm working on that. Otherwise, its not too hard to navigate. Feedback is welcome...
