Last weekend I was again in the small sauna described in my first post here. There is not too much to write about, but at least a bit...

This time, most of the sauna guests were around 40 and older. There were two younger women, maybe around 30, but they were pretty average - nothing to really write about.

One woman stood out because she was black. For me very unusual to see in a sauna. She was in her early 40s, quite small and chubby. I posted something like this before, but I am also American and have visited a few German saunas when I traveled there. I recommend going on a weekend or an evening, so you get a mix of younger people. Basically you'll go in the doors, pay your entry fee upfront, and get an electronic wristband. Make sure you either take a towel or get a towel from them. Then you go into the locker room, get fully naked (along with lots of other men and women getting fully naked). You store your clothes in a locker that is activated by your wristband. Next, you head for the showers, and take a naked shower with lots of other naked people. Then you are free to go about your business - typically with the towel wrapped around yourself as you walk around, but some people don't. You do have to be naked in the sauna rooms, and sit on the towel. And you have to be naked in the pools. After using a pool or sauna, you shower naked in a communal shower. Lots of people lounge around on chairs in the nude, either reading or sleeping. When you are done, you take one last shower, head back to the locker room, get dressed, and leave. If you bought any food or items while there, which you charge to your wristband, you pay for that as you leave.

Many of those photos are posed or in private saunas. A few look like real saunas (Ex: https://forum.oneclickchicks.com/sho...&postcount=959). Basically the sauna is full of "real" people who are all naked, and minding their own business. They are of all ages, sizes, and levels of attractiveness.

Of course all the clips you see are full of pretty women, because no-one takes video of, then uploads all the saggy old men. They are always there but certainly in the big, therme saunas there's a relatively good gender balance with young couples and pairs/groups of younger women not at all uncommon.

The changing rooms in the biggest places (where the sauna is just part of a larger leisure complex) have cubicles and men/women areas, but in smaller places you might just get benches and lockers and everyone in it together.

Then you have the lounger areas, often with cafes and bars, where you can sit watching the pool. Then there's the pool, or series of pools, where everyone's naked but you only see their heads and shoulders. There's a few easily-found underwater hidden cam clips of these pools showing the hidden world of bottoms and boobs beneath the surface.

And then there's the saunas, generally you will find these small and mostly empty though, if you're at a big complex that offers aufguss you might be packed in like sardines, squeezing cheek to cheek with strangers while other strangers climb over you to get to empty seats behind (great if they're attractive young ladies, but the odds are against you). Generally you won't often find a sauna that's empty except for one or two beautiful women lying flat on their towels, like in a lot of those pictures. If you do, I guarantee it will be full of creepy men within 3 minutes, and the women will either be sitting up, or out of there.

The showers outside the saunas are usually the best place to do your (unobtrusive) people-watching. Inside it's dark and everyone's hunched up, but in the post-sauna shower it's bright and all the towels and robes are hanging up on pegs.

Different saunas will have different profiles and as other people have mentioned, the clientele changes depending on the time of day. For me the best thing is that everyone is just so matter-of-fact about being naked, there's no staring, look-at-me exhibitionism or too-obvious underwater fumbling (like in certain UK saunas), it's just somewhere people go to relax, and a place that young women can feel secure in. Yes, guys will be guys but in general people respect the unspoken rules of the sauna.

This one (in German) is a short reportage on sauna, folloiwing a family (real or fake) in Erding. It looks like they started taping just before public working hours, for some privacy, and then they stayed after the general public was allowed in. This one (in Dutch) is from Belgian tv, and follows a Flemish tv presenter, Sabine Hagedoren, as she tries a sauna center (which I also know).

It does give an accurate impression, except for this: as she enters the sauna cabin at 0:59, she remains wrapped in a towel, and others insde do the same. But note that two girls snd one guy, to the right, are completey nude. it seems that as the crew let them know they would be filming, some people decided to cover up while the guy and the two girls couldn't care less. Without the camera crew there, she nd everyone else would be completely nude, lying or sitting on their towels.

I get erect now and then when visiting a nude sauna establishment, but I have seldom seen a boner, and then only for a brief moment. The reason (apart from not staring at other guys) is that almost everyone does as me, i.e. they adjust their position to hide it unless they are absolutely sure that the cause of the erection really wanted to cause it and would like to see the result, but almost all of us will err on the side of caution to avoid causing people to be upset. And it is normally not all that difficult to adjust the position to hide it. And even if someone would realize why you adjusted yourself, they would also note that you did as you were supposed to, and would be very unlikely to 'call the cops'. In other words, the standard nudist approach to erections, nothing out of the ordinary.

Yes, definitely. Zuiver gets my vote. You can stay in the hotel and then go in and out as much or as little as you like. I went with my wife, she didn't know that it was a naked establishment, and had 10 minutes warning. She didn't mind, and had never done this sort of thing before. Us UK nationals are less inhibited than you might think, but still miles behind the Dutch and Germans.

I refer to a certain mixed nude sauna establishment in the Netherlands.

Spent a good 7 hours at the spa a few weeks ago. The first hours were quite boring, as usual, however it usually picks up as the day progresses. I see so many comments of you guys that find the stories posted here hard to believe. I guess most of you that are skeptical do not live in Europe or are not from one of the countries most stories take place i.e. Germany, Netherlands, Croatia, Austria, Sweden, Finland etc. I have visited many Spa's, Sauna, Thermen in the Netherlands and Germany and find most of the stories very easy to believe as I have had many similar experiences myself. Most of them (of course there are some exceptions) do not like to be stared at or get checked out. Do not follow them or perv arround. Just enjoy the sauna and spa and everything that happens naturally arround you.

At my local sauna here in Sweden, the sauna is mixed into two sections, male and female. However, once a month they have a mixed day where it's open between the sections. At the reception they always make sure to tell customers that it is the mixed day today, so that nobody gets an unwelcome shock.

Usually there's a bit of a queue to get in so you can observe people being given the information that they've turned up on mixed day. Most are aware of it, but I've witnessed on several occasions women who get a bit shocked and surprised to find this out, but decide to go in anyway. These are always fun to spot in the sauna later - women who are quite comfortable being naked around other women, but aren't used to having men see them naked. They often keep their towels around them in the sauna, but there's no avoiding getting naked when you have a shower or a dip in the sea.

When we were taking our clothes off, there were several guys near us, but no women. Apparently most women were using the locker room on the women's side even though it was a mixed day.

Yes, most people who come on this day are regulars, and they come on the non-mixed days as well, so often they go on the side the usually go on out of habit. It's alway more men on the men's side and more women on the women's.
