Basically, they have all kinds of legal research you can use to file a motion to dismiss for the matter. Usually, cops can't be the person "offended" by public nudity, if no one else is there, and there is no lewd or lascivious behavior, you can't get in trouble for simply being naked - and since you were wearing a bathing suit, the cop shouldn't have been able to make any complaint.

Again, you a truly beautiful person, and I hope your message of naked tolerance might start to make some changes in our repressed puritan society!

I'd pay a citation to see your buttocks! Though I do prefer a bit more trimmed I'm not one to complain! In fact, maybe we should club together to pay a citation and hire a videographer and you should go back naked - just for the effect *that* might have!

Tell your photographer to use a bit more light. Images come out a bit dark. It doens't look like an "effect" setting with light, so show your stuff.

This could also be a civil liberties matter - you should at least discuss this with the ACLU (only if you are in the US, obviously).

I made a 1-hour interview about it with a gorgeous nudist activist I met at the same beach 2 days later. Please watch the video.
