Regarding the price check. In Habana, they all start asking 100CUC now to foreigners (=120USD, 100 euros).
Considering that the official wage is 15CUC/month for everyone (old style communism), it seems enormous. But it is not in reality since life there is much more complicated than that. Indeed, very simple real life there can cost 800-3000USD per month for many wanting to live like us (food, clothes, party, phone, internet, support vital gifts & Bribes (for peace of life) which are a huge part of the local life).

But many will end up @ 40-60 CUC. In clubs, wait for the end of the party, at closing time, and you'll see how desperate they are. You will be 'harassed' by dozens 3 by 3 at a time. Don't waste their time. Say no politely. In other places than clubs, if you're nice, it can be free but you'll feel obligated to offer "not the flowers but the money for it". haha.

Girls there should almost never be considered as prostitutes but Escorts. And they will treat you as such. Most are not pros but occasional. Some cuban friends (girls) admitted to me that 80-90% of their friends secretly slept at least once (if not more) with Yumas (foreigners), for money obviously or the hope of a long term relationship or support in any way. SO don't be a pimp or John. Be nice. They're very very very talented. But don't fall in love ever. cause from the start, the relationship is crooked. it's not easy since they're so good.

One day I asked one of them "how come we can never forget you (cuban girls) once we've met you ?", she replied "cause they (we) made you taste the real apple" (referring to Eve in the Garden of Eden obviously) . Quite smart no?

In the countryside, they ask for less (30-40). I even 'slept' (not so much lol) for free many times. Well 'free' does not include the gifts (perfume, female things, cosmetics, soap, shampoo, razors, clothes) nor the famous "taxi back home" fee. Count 30 CUC to be polite. They might never ask but not proposing to offer would be more insulting than not giving anything.

You must know than cuban men laugh at the prices we Yumas pay since they all 'consume' as well but pay less than 10 CUC themselves. But of course for prostitutes and not escorts. and for different types of girls and no (interested) delightful love. The girls we foreigners are 'harassed by' in the luxury places are just incredibly beautiful and nice with you.

I go there often and love much more than just the women who are incredible and their sexual culture and approach to it. But there is so much more unique to this island. it's just heaven for us rich Yumas. And hell for most of them. life's a b*tch. If you go, please DO good there please. they deserve it a thousand times.

PS: Don't care or insist for taking pictures. They are rightfully very shy and discrete about their lifestyle. Also, you must know that prostitution and pornography being forbidden in Cuba, they face a 3-5 years sentence at the third official warning in a countryside 'farms' not very different from old fashion Russian goulags except for the freezing cold replaced by unbearable heat and humidity.
If you go with them, trust them. they know the local rules better than anyone and face much greater danger than you. They will never rip you off like bandits but will eventually by taking the greatest care of you like best escorts. They take real great care of their financial 'support' and can be the greatest night guides especially with regulars.
