Not only are these treats known as starfish (full name Chocolate Starfish), but there was an Australian Band in the late 80's known as Chocolate Starfish which was a reference to this. Limpbizkit also had an album by the name of "Chocolate Starfish and the Hotdog Flavoured Water" (the mind boggles). Lastly my little websearch brought up some delicious Chocolate Starfish that you can serve up at your next wedding, YUM!
