There's three ways as far as I know to get uncensored Japanese AV.

A) Some studios (such as Dreamroom Productions who runs Carribeancon etc.) film uncensored stuff, and "skirt" around the regulations by doing things like filming overseas / hosting videos in overseas servers / etc. The porn they make of course still illegal in Japan; I would imagine that their sites are geoblocked in Japan and thus cater towards overseas market. I did find a story of an AV actress arrested for performing in an uncensored Carribeancon video several years ago, so it's a little more risky for the idols. But Carribeancon still exists, so...

B) Occasionally, there is a studio leak of an uncensored video from a JAV production house (the Internet alludes to a decent size leak in 2021 for instance). There are some threads here and there in the Internet on finding them. These leaks are relatively rare.

C) People try to "uncensor" a video by using software to try and remove the mosaics. The results IMHO usually aren't that great. Sadly, most "uncensored" videos you find on the Internet are going to be this or other low-quality spam.
