Somebody finally uploaded the entire "Rebel Billionaire" episode that this happened in to YouTube several months ago. This is the second part of it, which contains everything that we're interested in:

This is the first time that I've ever seen the whole thing, including the lead-up and the aftermath, and it's decent video and audio quality as well. The moment when she throws off her robe and and there's an instant roar of appreciation from the thousands and thousands of people in the crowd who are all seeing her totally nude at once... incredible.

I think I can safely say that this is my choice for the top exhibitionism/public nudity moment of all-time. I wrote up some detailed thoughts on this in my 2020 Year-end Review, so I won't rehash them here, but suffice it to say, it's been almost two decades since this happened, and I have yet to see anything that has surpassed it. I only wish that there were uncensored videos available. Thank God that there were at least professional still photographers on hand to capture Jess in all her naked glory and preserve for all eternity the moment that she exposed herself completely to tens of thousands of people on stage at V Festival 2004.
