What's special about Joe's work is that ENF seems to come to us almost entirely from either England or Japan, and he brought a very distinctly American flavor to it. It's a very nice deviation from the norm.

There was one series from a while back I remember but can't seem to find. I think it was Valentine's Day, and Truth was caught naked with Dion. Anyone remember the name of this one?

And now, a special treat: The EARLIEST "Miss Truth" strip (in more ways than one) I ever drew, from 1985!

Those of you used to seeing Our Miss Truth as a young idealistic English teacher may be surprised to see this version, a middle-aged (but SEXY) city councilwoman, but that's how I originally envisioned her. But the core concept-- Jessica Truth losing her clothes in public---was present from the beginning.

As a bonus, I've included an episode from 1987, where I begin to experiment with the concept of Our Miss Truth as a teacher, a concept I would expand upon in the early 2000s.
