I've seen many sets on women that look amazing and I'm convinced that the majority of skeptics have never had the chance to be with a woman who's had them done and feels great about it. Basically it should be her choice and reflect what makes her feel good because that feeling and the confidence comes through all day, every day, in multiple ways. When my wife got hers done it certainly was something she wanted after years of her feeling (as she told me) like she would like more than she was gifted with. Since she had them done, multiple kids later, she loves them, loves to show them off, definitely has never expressed thoughts around wishing she hadn't gotten them and in fact is looking forward to a tune up. On the negative side, the surgery is uncomfortable although hers were done in her armpits and under the muscle (the major source of the discomfort). The scars are gone although the tune up will likely involve some.

End of day, what she got out of it is the most important thing. I certainly have enjoyed them too!

Including a before pic and another taken 7 months later / 2 months post surgery and before they fully settled in

Those look fantastic!

My girl

A girl I went out with wanted implants. Not big ones just some to give some fullness and shape.

After getting them we went on a trip to Spain. She did not wear her top at the beach once! She loved them. She could comfortable be topless amongst all at the beach. Walking, swimming, going to the beach bar,...

Frankly I liked them as they were, but I really liked her new confidence.

That is reason enough to support anyone who wants them.

Now that's a good reason!

In case anyone is interested, my GF went ahead and got the implants. If there's interest I will post some before and after, however right now there is some good bruising from the surgery. :)

Congrats, hope she's coping with the pain ok, and very interested in seeing the results! One ex of mine had augmentations, and a couple play-friends, and when they're done well it's like the gods themselves blessed anyone who can see or touch them :)

Yes 100%

My wife needs them badly. When we met she already had saggy tits but after two kids they seem to be lower than before. She's also lost some weight so they are not as full as they once were. I would love for her to get some just to give her more confidence and some cleavage.

She's now in the same boat with liking to get some new boobs.

What kind do they recommend now saline?

only if

ONLY if they are "flap jacks" , otherwise size makes no difference, attitude does.:)

Agreed... I think many women don't need it. But it can help some. Those with very saggy breasts, a lift may work as well. And of course those who have lost their breasts to cancer or accidents.

My wife's breasts are below A-cup... I love them the way they are. ;) {refer to photos in another thread}
And I give her confidence with how I look at them, touch them, lick them.

Something they some dr. don't tell you. Breast implants require maintenance... as they are not real. Meaning, every 5~10 years, you need to replace the implants. More so, if they are abused or a very active woman.

I feel like when others see the words "fake" and "boobs" together they automatically think of the ones done on top of the muscle and are filled with silicone. My wife went from a 34B to a 34DDD (yes, 3 D's) and they fit her frame. She isn't rail thin and not a BBW either. She is 5'03" and looks amazing. They went through her nipple (no, it's not all chewed up lookin) and placed the implants under the muscle and filled them with saline. They look (and feel) surprisingly real. She didn't lose sensation and has never regretted getting them. 4 years later she thinks its one of the best decisions she's made and I totally agtree with her.

I'm not a fan of fake-breasts... but that is an excellent boob-job. I would think they were real... you guys got a very good doctor, and I gather it costs more to do that sort of implant.

And yeah, they do look great on her frame. :)
