Having met a few of these girls, including one pictured a few times above (also seen on Instagram), I thought I'd chime these 2 cents in:

Very many such girls in their stands (too numerous to mention) can be found between roughly Shoreline and Everett WA, for the most part along Hwy 99 aka Aurora Ave.

They usually don't display their nipples except at some unusual (risky?) stands and special circumstances. Doing this they risk arrest, being shut down, public censure, etc.

The best ones I ever met were two sisters. Spectacular. The elder was someone I might as well have dreamed into existence: more a MILF, busty, perfect in every way physically. Enthusiastic, really into the Wednesday-only wet t shirt shows. Friendly and sexy. Her little sister looked similar, except less tan and a shade less busty, and Blonde where her sister was a brunette.

I just moved from WA to another state and will miss these two terribly.
