For the weekend. Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Since K has a much older audience, and during the evening it is somewhat younger.
V has a mostly younger audience, but there is a possibility of not getting in and not making a reservation due to the large number of tickets already booked.
Since you are young and want to spend time with people your age, not 50+.

How would you distribute these 3 days by spa? Mostly in the evening hours from 6-10pm.

Saturday - V (with reservation)
Sunday - K

Friday and Saturday are best for V. As getting in can fail, try V on Friday. If that fails, move on to K and try again Saturday.

On sunday K is clothing optional till around 18:00, that can be fun if you like walking naked among girls in bikinis. At the K older folks go in the morning, younger in the evening.

I would recommend V on friday, K on saturday and sundayy as I like the K more.

Hungarian hot spring
 

Long ago I went to a hot spring in Hungary. Very small and local.

This is the first of a few ENF experiences I witnessed. It's from my notes of a different facility than my previous post.

One was who I call “yellow towel.” She was early 20’s, quite cute, and with her boyfriend. For her to come out of her shower she would have to walk past me. Even better, because the towel hooks were on the opposite wall across from every other shower, her towel was opposite her boyfriends shower. So she would have to come out naked and facing me to get her towel.

She started to come out and reach for her towel. But as she did so she saw me standing there. She kind of dipped back into her shower. That was just a moment of pure reflex. She quickly realized a) she had to come out for her towel, b) it was impolite to keep me waiting for a shower and c) she had to buck up and go buck naked. Her only option was to grin and bare it as she did that short walk of shame to get her towel. It lasted but a second. Yet for that moment she was full frontal - b-cup breasts and hardwood floor.

I saw her around a few times. She was without her towel exclusively when she was in the sauna or shower. One time was when she was getting in and out of the exterior hot tub. She had to hang her towel two to three meters away on a towel tree and then make her privates public as she walked to the hot tub. As I was already in the hot tub, it was a nice reprise to see her full frontal again. When she got out, I saw she had a really nice bottom as well.

I also saw her in the grotto shower, but she took her towel as far in as she could and showered as far in the back as possible. I didn’t see much, but I did see her beautiful bottom again.

It’s a definite win to see someone who was doing her absolute best to keep a towel around her.

Does anyone know anything more about the thermal baths in Kassel? (Kurhessen).

They seem quite local to me, absolutely not touristy.

They are quite far from Frankfurt and Dortmund, Hamburg so they probably have 90% local guests.

What I can't figure out is whether they are nudist thermal baths or not.
Apparently only the saunas are 100% nudist (except on Mondays), but not the pools.

Maybe just that pool for cooling off after the sauna that has imitation stone and large pieces of wood.

I also read reviews that the sd is basically at least mixed with that nudist zone?

Does anyone know anything more?

I wanted to help. As I speak German I looked at their Website, which is just annoying. There is no map, so you have to read all their stupid descriptions and try to count the saunas together.
Whatever, it is the biggest place near Kassel, the sauna area is nude, the swimming pool area (therme) is swimsuit. The sauna are should have outdoor pools, but the website is a mess and I cannot really figure out. Sorry I can't help.more.
If you are not already there, choose Frankfurt or Hamburg.

Nice little fact about Vabali Hamburg: When I last visited, I had had a nasty bug a while before, and even after I got better I had to keep to a specific diet for quite some time. So I looked at the Menu at their Restaurant, and even if I could not order any of the meals as it was, I defined one myself based on what I realized they had in their kitchen from said menu. And the waiter did not blink or argue, he just wrote it down, and it arrived in 15 minutes, special for me, well made, at what I think was a reasonable price. That's quality.

Trip to A is booked. Does anyone have recommendations for days and times to visit Z in A and E in R? Looking for busy times when demographic is generally 20-35 and there’s lots to see. Planning one day in each place. Thank you!

For Z in A I think Friday evenings and weekends are the best. Mondays can be slightly dull. Really envious of you! I was at Z last November and I had a wonderful time.

For Z, I agree with the others who recommended Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. But would add that:
- you should look at weather forecasts and try to choose a 70+ degree suny day because there is a lovely outdoor area for nude sunbathing that is tightly packed and along the main walkway that makes for spectacular viewing
- Friday or Saturday with a 3pm arrival with a plan to stay to close is best as once the liquor flows inhibitions drop (ie people begin walking and standing around completely nude increases)
- if you choose Sunday I'd suggest getting there at noon as the place gets quiet on Sunday evenings for obvious reasons
- whatever you decide, bok in advance as Z isn't very big and you could get turned away

This is my next installment of sauna ENFs. It's the same day as "Yellow towel."

At the very end there was a woman, early 40s, maybe late 30s. I’m not sure of her ethnicity but she was darker skinned than most of the northern European patrons. This put me behind her at about her 8 o’clock. Since their cubby hole was on the bottom shelf, she had to bend over to stow her top. Caracal is a clothing-only complex. Lots of nice pools and fountains, but it is textile.

Friedrichsbad is the traditional spa place (built in 1877). They used to have 2 days a week that were separate bathing (except the central pool under the rotunda. HOWEVER, to my horror, I found that sometime in the last year, they switched, so that now 2 days a week are clothing-only. I couldn't believe it!!! Saturday is one of those days, and I think Wednesday is the other one. Just crazy! So, now, if I want to go during the weekend, it has to be Sunday.

My Berlin Spa experience
 

Last week I was for a work meeting in Berlin. I am Dutch and am well familiar with the Dutch and German Sauna culture. Like all of you here on the forum I can appreciate the beauty of the naked female body but I actually also really love the sensation and relaxation of a spa day.
I had an extremely busy work schedule and many deadlines the last weeks, so being in Berlin in a Hotel close to the berlin Station (5 min walk to V) I decided I earned some relaxation. I was a bit afraid I could not get in because I was a single guy and have read about the bouncers, although I had reserved my entrance online.
In the end, all wend fine, no sight of any bouncer and just a very warm welcome to the spa.
Of note! When I left two bouncers were are the entrance. I arrived at V in the morning because I had travel plans already in the late afternoon. so my tip go early.
I have been to V years ago but was again surprised by the beauty and size of the wellness center.
I was also amazed by the sheer amount of beautiful people. It was a great pleasure for the eyes. I also noticed what was mentioned before that most if not all are only naked in de sauna and shortly for a shower or a pool dip but try to cover up as soon as possible. I was a sunny day and the only people that were on the stretcher in the sun exposed were the few somewhat older people. None of the younger people were in the sun bare. This is really different from my sauna experiences in the Netherlands where people seem to be less reluctant to walk between saunas and in the garden naked. Nevertheless, I had a wonderful day, it was sunny, great sauna routines and beautiful people to watch.

I must tell about my visit to L in R with two! female friends: my then gf and her friend.

It was her friend who brought it up when we visited them in nearby Z, and we decided to go there on a Sunday during summer.

The setting is, as you know from the pics online, saunas, outdoors area on the roof and other facilities such as a cinema. Nice place to spend a day.

What surprised me was both the young clientele, mostly people in their twenties but also teens and thirty somethings, but also how social it was. I don't have much time today so it isn't as well edited as previous posts.

When I first went out to start getting dressed I arrived in the changing room when I saw a woman who had just changed and she was wrapped in a towel to enter the facility. I said you know a bad sauna is better than a lot of things. She agreed and said a bad sauna is better than no sauna. Exactly! And I smiled in agreement. I offered to show her around and give her the layout of the place. I pointed out some of the outside saunas and so we got talking a little bit more. I asked if she would want to try one out? She said yes, I'd like to do that with you.

She picked a small Finnish sauna (capacity about 4-6 people laying out). It was about 80°. She opened up her towel and went in; I did the same with my robe. She told me, “oh I forgot my robe. I’m on vacation and I left it at home.” I nodded and said, “Yep I'm traveling for work. Fortunately, I remembered all my stuff.”

So, ladies first, she goes in and I see her bare bottom. She starts setting up to lay down along the back wall. I do the same along the left wall. She's the only one there the whole day that I saw had a bush. The sole lady with pubic hair. We were both on the top bench. I was in B several months ago, and had a couple of visits to K, and also one visit to V.

Overall I still prefer the vibe and atmosphere in K, but V definitely attracts more beautiful people, for sure.

Nothing too unusual happened at K, expect maybe the 2 teens early on Sunday morning. They were 16-18, hard to tell, and only went topless, but seemed shy and curious at the same time.

Two interesting things happened however while I was at V.

The funny thing is that I had a very similar experience with 3 girls as well in the exact same steam room last December. Berlin has the two big ones, with the daytime clothing optional sunday at the K, where you can have some rare CFNM fun. Or watch ladies told to undress.
There are also smaller places like Liquidrom with its special atmosphere.

So you can spend multiple days at different settings. One day K full nude, another co, one V and one Liqui before even repeating and have lots of nude fun time.

V is much better than TW in my opinion, and easier to get to. Everything else in B is a bonus...

Agreed, it's a very intimate setting.

Overall I prefer K, and I love the steam room there (the hotter one). But in K, in general the people that visit are regulars or people that are very comfortable and used to nudity.

V gets tourists and foreigners and you can usually tell the people who are either trying public nudity for the first time, or just aren't that comfortable with it yet. For me, that shyness and hesitation is very hot.

For me the towel dancers are a mixture of silly and sad. I like people who like being nude and are confident with their bodies. There fore I suggest visiting both V and K so you can see what is more fun to you.
