I remember in the clubs in NYC in the 80s a girl dressed like that who was in the club wanted to end up losing at least her top(that's why it's so loose)but usually ended up topless or even naked(usually it was other girls that went as far as stripping her naked). But then again in those days the bathrooms were unisex and on many a night you could watch girls switching outfits.

Also why do most girls seem so happy when they are stripping or getting stripped by their girlfriends.
