Visit the shop page shop.kristall-therme-ludwigsfelde.de/vouchers/category/17/ and pick your tickets. At the field "Versand" (shipping) chose "Zuhause ausdrucken" (print at home). Then you receive them by mail. There are big blue boxes with the size of vending machines labeled Kassenautomat. One is outside, two are inside that scan your code and give you the wristband. With that you go through the gate without needing the desk.
Keep your code. if you lose your wristband, it is 25€ if you have your code, else 200€!
There are small wristband scanning devices inside to check your balance and remaining time.
If you need towels etc. you need the desk.
If you plan to go more often, click "Aktionsangebote" on the shop page. Right now you can buy 7 tickets and only pay for 5. Codes are valid for 3 years. These offers are not always available.
You need either "Therme Tageskarte Erwachsene" (spa day adult) or Therme 5 Stunden Erwachsene (spa 5 hours adult). Wednesday (Mittwoch) tickets are cheaper. Wednesday is clothing optional to cater the locals.

From our observations over the last 2-3 years it is 'completely' normal for women to shave the pubic hair, especially women above 35-40 shave the pubic hair completely. Everyone walks around nude in Zuiver. Very little bathrobe use. Get up and move around and see everyone and everything. There are hot tubs either side of the main pool (indoors) and if you sit in the one on the bar side, you should see everyone. Spent three days at my first full on continental spa and thought I would give some pointers.

1. Walking around is not nude
2. All saunas are nude (no one used a towel to wrap round)
3. Age range 25-50
4. 75% couples. 15% girl pairs. 9% guy groups. <1% lone men and they all looked suspicious, even if they weren’t. I was with my wife and that made a huge difference to my experience.

I've been to these spas plenty of times as a lone man and had a great experience thank you very much :)
