Yeah, that's the group known as 'bond'. They're 4 classically trained musical witches. Really damn good. But they kinda fell apart when Hailey Ecker left the group.

She's been doing that for years. There was a video, I think it might have been posted here at one point, where she kept lifting her top during a show, and saying to the audience, "Tits, and rock n roll. What more could you want?"

And I could swear there was a pic published somewhere back in the late 90s from an outdoor concert, maybe a Lollapalooza, where she's got a leg up on an amp at the edge of the stage, and she's clearly going commando.
