I get the impression that this is the only one floating around. It looks like they're friends, so quite reasonable to assume that if there were more photos taken, they weren't uploaded anywhere.

I would (slightly) disagree; I can't think why just the one picture would have been uploaded. As they are clearly 'friends' having a 'joke' (the victim might not agree!) I would guess they uploaded the lot but they were either taken down by Flickr (where I believe this came from, may be wrong) or when the victim complained, and this was the only one saved in time to remain in circulation. If I am right it is possible others in the series might surface sometime. Here's hoping, it's already a classic, the series would be awesome, especially if it included bush and bum.
