It's fitting that the Seal post above still stands. It was the last straw. It put me in Bugs Bunny quote mode: "Of course you realize...this means war." It was a prime example of the scolding, abusive attitude of that "former mod" that made me confront him -and then quit OCC. Many others quit too. So many that a daily thread was constructed to accomodate them. But you know what? Those dark days of his bloody regime are over. The Munchkins are singing songs that start with "Ding Dong" and I'm still standin,' Mofo! Enjoy "this crap" folks. Enjoy a friendlier forum. We have endured. We deserve better days ahead.

Rarely do I weigh in, but here goes. I choose to follow the rules I agreed to when joining in 2010! Specifically rules #4 & #5. I challenge you to do better. On a personal note; Mulder, you post some really fun content. ~ Vr Groovyones

Thank you for the rare weigh in and appreciation of my "fun content." To answer what I think you're saying...I also agreed to the rules and know rules #4-5 very well. After all, I've been posting more than a decade. The problem is, when I collect pics from other sources, I have no idea if someone ELSE has cropped or deleted a watermark. The mod in question knew me well enough to know I wouldn't alter a pic, nor would I willingly post a picture I knew to be altered. I'm not an encyclopedia of porn. I don't know what originally came with a watermark and what didn't. A poster getting called out by a mod on an innocent mistake is something that happens here every day. The thing is, all the other mods enforce the rules using another OCC rule...it's not numbered, but you will find it in the text of the rules: " BE NICE TO ONE ANOTHER." I will be the first to admit I have actually broken that rule here a few times, even though I believe it may be the most important rule of all. The thing is, that Mod broke that rule on an almost daily basis. Hey, people don't buy memberships on a site like this hoping to be talked down to, or verbally abused. OCC is supposed to be fun. It's a piss poor business model to have unpaid moderators harrass paying members. Hey, I was one of the few members on that mod's friends list. I liked him...except when he was acting like a stormtrooper. I tried quite a few times to politely suggest he lighten up on people. My advice never seemed to sink in. Meanwhile, members were quitting the forum at a dizzying rate. Finally, reluctantly, so did I. Was what was written above harrassment? No. It was just typical of his heavy handed style. It was the follow up private messages exchanged between the mod and myself about his attitude that turned into the reason I left. Anyway, I've said all I care to say. That mod is gone. I wish him well, but I'm looking forward to a return to the way OCC was before his negative attitude dominated the forums.
