If the lady, it might work if tested the waters by fibbing a little and saying that you and your wife are into a certain lifestyle, and came across some elegant yet erotic photos of someone who could be her twin.
..... Interesting to see what the reaction would be. If she says that she's heard that a million times and changes the subject, you are out of luck, she's moved on. However, if she wants more details about where you saw the pics, description of pic, etc. Then there is a chance, and you've got a foot in the door. Of course then you'll have to work around the details of your non-existent lifestyle... ;)

As a business contact, is there ever an opportunity for a few adult beverages with her in a small group of fellow employees [yours or hers] or even better a celebratory dinner with accompanying drinks and wine, toasts, and general excess? If any of these present themselves, you could quietly mention to her while no one else can overhear, that you happened to see some very fun and exciting photos of someone who looked like her, taken in Vegas. Depending how things go, could further also mention about some interesting photos at a "party" and see how she reacts. She may shut down any further discussion, but if you are very complimentary about the photos and how "whomever" in the photos appeared to be having a lot of fun and really enjoying herself, she just might respond favorably.

But, like was mentioned above, in this environment there is a risk that she could perceive your inquiries as not so veiled pressure or possibly something less positive than just a sharing of your appreciation for the photos...

The possible consequences are simply too bad for you to risk it. The only good chance you have is that she takes it nicely and doesn't care. Every other possible behaviour can lead to a massive fuckup for you.
Many ladies keep plausible deniability also because they risk losing jobs and friends, especially if they are in a more conservative environment. She may become afraid of the fact you know and make a mess out of it. Paradoxically, I wouldn't be surprised if she reported you for harassment, even if you were very respectful about it. Sure, this would let everyone know about the pictures, but she would get rid of YOU and be safe by playing the victim card.
Another possibility is that she would simply report you for being a perv, and you could lose your job.
Or maybe she can get you in trouble with her husband or a friend of hers.
Or maybe she could report you using an anti-revenge-porn law, and get you into deep shit for reposting her photos whilst knowing her. By the way, this is why I never even talk about, let alone repost, the few ladies I recognized (and about whose identity I am 101% sure).
The possibilities are endless, and almost all end up in trouble for you.

Thanks for all the good advice. I have no desire to harm this woman's life or reputation or my own so I will keep the information to myself. But I will continue to enjoy her pics!

Next time you are in a casual setting with her just tell her "you can see that she is naughty". She will admit it, and then you ask "just how naughty?"

I have "thought" I recognized a handful of women online, doing a double take and maybe a bit of closer examination. Most of the time the evidence is inconclusive due to finding only a single pic, and in those the photo captures a partial profile or is of less than ideal resolution. Unfortunately am unble to identify very many women by their boobs or ass or other bits alone... :rolleyes: Other times have eventually come across other pics of the same or similar series and in those have decide alas, no, not the person I thought it might have been. Damn!

I have seen one person I know for sure, another that was a good possibility.
They were both on the same site, but the site no longer exists. I thought I had saved both pics, but if I did I can no longer find the one that was a maybe.
The other was definitely a girl I knew when I was in HS. She was much older in the pic, and life had not been real good to her. But, the tits were as big as I thought they would be. :D
I'll see if I can find the pic when I get home tonight.
