Well, yes and no. Lots of women really do wear Spanx, and Sandra Bullock seems pretty shy about taking her clothes off. Aside from her (in)famous non-nude nude scene in; The Proposal, she usually keeps well covered. One exception is this scene from the film; Forces of Nature. Sandra said in an interview that she was embarrassed doing this scene because when she was standing on the bed, her crotch was eye level with the crew.

Over the years, I've given up on Sandra Bullock and have grown tired of her playing coy in this area. As an actor she's great with the right role with good material. But I feel she has a very limited range. She does the put upon, fish out of water thing pretty good.

And of course she's very attractive. However, she rarely pays off on this as you mention. To the point it's now "why bother?" At this point in her career, we are at a place where I think I'd prefer her to keep her clothes on. Such missed opportunities over the years.

I do confess that a guilty film favorite of mine is 1993's "Demolition Man"...it's a fun romp, and although Sandra doesn't show a lot of skin, she looks dynamite hot in that future cop outfit...especially from behind...

Yes, Demolition Man was the first time I noticed how good looking she was. Those black pants she wore should have been nominated for an academy award. As far as her keeping her clothes on, now. She still looks damn good, so if she wants to take them off, you won't hear any complaints from me.

In the film; 28 Days, Sandra Bullock publically loses her dress in a car accident, but she's wearing underwear straight out of the 1930's. In the film; A Time to Kill, she's dragged out of her car, and tied to a post by the Klan. Keiffer Sutherland then tears her skirt off. This could have been a decent EUF, but instead of showing a long shot, we simply get a three frame close-up of her panties. You'd think that maybe her body isn't all that good, Teri Hatcher's extremely disappointing tits in Heaven's Prisoners, and Scarlett Johansson's kinda' dumpy nude body in Under the Skin come to mind, but that doesn't appear to be the case with Sandra. She has a great body...she just doesn't like to show it.

Here's Helen Shaver from an "X Files" rip-off show in the mid 90's titled "Poltergeist: The Legacy". A group of people belong to a secret foundation that investigates spooky stuff in order to safeguard the world. Or something.

In the season 1, episode 4 show titled "Town Without Pity" the team investigates a town from Puritan times that appears in the real world for a day or so once every 50 years. It's a "Brigadoon" plot ripoff without Gene Kelly... plus a generous dose of gothic horror mixed in, so it's all good. At least no one dances to show tunes on fake looking movie sets...

Helen Shaver's character shows up with another guy and she's wearing jeans and a ball cap, and full of 90's girl attitude. So naturally the evil Puritan minister who runs the cursed place is attracted to her. He makes a move and she clocks him. The minister does what any self respecting Puritan leader would do if his amorous advances were rejected---he puts the girl in a burlap sack and tries to burn her at the stake.

Just in time more people from the team show up. Using a mirror and some talky exposition about freedom being a choice, the team's leader manages to break the curse. The towns people are lifted in a flash of light to heaven and the minster gets his just deserts for all his various douchebaggery.

Now here's where it gets interesting: after the people and minister are gone, a wind blows through the now empty town...as the camera pans around, the buildings vanish, leaving the team in an empty forest clearing. But wait, there's more...

We stop at Ms. Burlap 1996, and she's enveloped by a glowing light starting at her head and working it's way down...as it does, the burlap robes vanish, leaving the girl standing there in her underwear. I guess heaven needed the material and didn't want it to go to waste...which is good news for us because we get to see a well preserved Helen Shaver go through some of the standard EUF moves in just her panties and lacy top. Then her team mate spoils the fun by giving her his jacket to cover up. Putz.

Helen Shaver has been in films since the 1970's-- she was in "Starship Invasions" and later "The Color of Money", plus many more projects. She's become a noted director and has many tv credits to her name-- "Westworld" being a recent one. She's a Canuck, but then again, all the best American actors are from Canada...

I'm not sure if there were any more episodes that had Shaver running around in just her underpants-- might be worth a search...

The group that did "Peter Pan Goes Wrong" later had their own short-lived TV show. They love their comedic underwear exposure so there are a couple of wins in there.

• One of the girls is miscast as a medieval prince. During a scene someone steps on her robe and she gets stripped to her bra and panties. She panics and tries to improvise a reason why the prince is wearing women's underwear!
  
  
• Another play is intentionally terrible and the running joke is that it's very windy outside. Someone opens a window and the joke is a woman is supposed to get blown across the room. This might be stretching the definition of "EUF" but I feel it at least deserves an honorable mention.

Emily Deschanel starred in the TV show "Bones". Described as a police procedural, it is based on forensic anthropology and forensic archaeology, with each episode focusing on an FBI case file concerning the mystery behind human remains.

Anyway, In season 3 Episode 5 titled "Mummy in the Maze", Deschanel dresses up as Wonder Woman. Where the EUF factor comes in is interview and B roll footage where she states that at first she thought it would be fun to dress as a super hero, but after several days filming, she began to be a little uncomfortable "spending the entire day running around in her underwear".

In one of the images taken from the B role footage, you can clearly see she's a little uncomfortable, as she places both hands on her bottom while doing a scene with her co star. That clip is not in the show.

I find the psychology interesting-- obviously, a Wonder Woman costume is not what you would consider underwear in the traditional sense. However, if the girl herself describes it as such and feels as if she really is running around in just her panties, then the reaction is the same... one of exposure. Where do you draw the line?

I was able to find the B roll footage on my Hard Drive...a minor miracle as I was not very organized in the old days and I have what amounts to a tame black hole as a filing system. :)

The file is in .flv format. It's interesting because at the beginning Deschanel walks through a door and then starts the scene. She's a little obscured at first by the camera/crew, but if you look closely you see her reach around and try to make her satin panties provide more coverage to her shapely ass. Then she puts both hands on it in a classic body language cue that shows she's a little uncomfortable in the outfit.

Looks like a great scene, but the only version of this movie I have seen has edited out the scene shown in the photos. Does anyone have a clip of this?

Sue Ann Langdon is something of a forgotten pin up 60's queen, isn't she? She also seemed to specialize in these type of scenes.

I wonder though if the images are publicity stills or out takes from the movie? maybe that segment was not in the film?

I'm thinking of something along the lines of "The Great Race" (1965). In it, Natalie Woods takes off her yellow dress and twists it in to a rope to climb down from a tower window. There are numerous stills of her in her underwear while doing this.

However, in the film itself what you see is the character of Ross Martin in front of a door-- he looks up and the yellow dress rope comes down...you hear a rip and he opens his arms and catches an underwear clad Natalie Wood. The next time you see her she has a a short army tunic over her undies.

Point is, the entire undressing scene and her climbing out the window in her underwear is NOT in the finished film.

I went to TV Tropes.org to see about the film.

It mentions nothing about fan service or a dress ripping scene and the site is usually very good and diligent about calling that out.

I did find a copy of the film over on E Bay for sale-- $16.99 for the DVD. I'm interested but not THAT interested if you follow me... :)

The deny, deny, deny scene in; The Guide for the Married Man must be required viewing for every politician. Was Sue Ane Langdon skirt-less in Zapped? I remember her under the table with the principal, but I don't think she was in her underwear. Haven't seen the film in years, though. It certainly wouldn't be the first time if she was.

I just realized that the German stripping to undies scene is longer and better. In the English language version from Tubi they cut away to some dude with a leather jacket much sooner. The German one shows several of them standing up looking EUF. We never get to see the one with black bra and panties fully standing in the English version. Not sure why. Maybe Tubi had to cut part of the movie to add the commercials?

The original editing/directing could use some help with consistency I couldn't help noticing that the first girl who took off her shirt was wearing a black bra. A few moments later she takes off her shirt AGAIN and she's wearing a white bra. Later on she's holding a blue shirt in a white bra and panties, and only the dark haired girl is wearing a black bra and panties. Still a very sexy EUF scene!

Watching the scene, it looks like there are actually 5 girls. It's kind of confusing because 4 of them start off wearing blue tops. One's wearing a button up and t-shirt, one wears a tank top, one wears a henley, and one wears a blouse. The only one not originally in blue is the one shown later in black underwear. We just never see the first girl who strips (blue button up and t-shirt) in shot again for some reason.

It's a good scene, but it would be nice if I understood what was being said, since I don't speak German.

Sarah Jessica Parker EUF-ish scene from the film; Mars Attacks. She plays a TV news reporter who is captured and stripped by martians. The martians do experiments and put her head on a dog's body. It's played for laughs, but if you think about it, it's truly horrific.
