Found this Russian APP game called "Beach Girl" in where you have to protect a bunch of women from fish, crabs and birds, if you fail to protect them sometime they will lose their bikini bottoms, bikini top, or both.

At least they got the scene right in the Animaniacs toon from the 90's in the Slappy the Squirrel "Little Old Lady from Pasadena" music video.

do they actually loose their bottoms and does it actually show the real deal?

Unfortunately no, there's no actual nudity it's all covered. I downloaded the app and spent a dollar to unlock the towel game and it's still pretty good if only for the various girls reactions. I think the US version may be different than the russian version though since in my version none of the girls appear without bottoms, it's all just thongs and topless covering.
