Years ago I was briefly a member of a mixed gender spa here in North America based (allegedly) on the Euro model but males had to go starkers but the females had the option of wearing a swimsuit. The owner/manager took a lot of pics. As you can see from the pic below the males were starkers but the females wore full body swimsuits.
I found a picture of nude swimming females from YMCA, no idea how common this was

AI isn't anywhere near to create that much of details on humans consistent across multiple pictures like the moles on her body, especially in the porn sector.

Now, AI can create such details. In some cases, I detect AI pics with inconsistent details in the background.
