I'm amazed that it took this long for local people to find out about her. She has had lots of videos floating around for a long time, with her real name attached to them.

there's a blogspot site that indicates a lot of people did know about her. why the "investigation" took so long is not so clear. also the videos seem to have been taken down.

Get naked - church minister

Woman walks around naked after drinking energizing beverage

On Wednesday afternoon, an anonymous person called a police control room and said that there was a naked woman walking around the central square of the town. The woman was wearing only underpants.

A police patrol arrived at the square and saw the naked woman there indeed. Having seen the police, the topless woman tried to run away from them, but was arrested.

The woman showed aggression and physical strength, so the officers had to cuff her. However, the officers had to spend a lot of time and energy to push the woman into their car.

Afterwards, the woman was delivered to the neuropsychiatric hospital for examination. Nothing has been reported about the woman herself. It was only said that she was born in 1991.

Excell vid. Thanks for the story and link. Poor girl. Remind me not to drink that stuff but from her conduct and lack of clothing it would seem that bath salts are the more likely culprit as there have been numerous reports that those who use these salts frequently experience extreme sensations of heat and will do anything to cool off - hence police often finding them naked and totally disoriented exhibiting almost amazing strength.

Still, nice report.
