Nice to be back on the forum indulging in my love of panties. My understanding of the situation surrounding these images is that the multiple layers of panties soften the blows of a good spanking- they are gradually pulled down one by one, intensifying the pleasure each time.

The multiple layers of panties, as suggested for protection form a spanking, is one theory. What I'd love to see is the women wearing double, or multiple panties and wetting them. That, for me, would be the Holy Grail!

Sweet! Thanks so very much for these. I have a folder just for this special treat. The last bikini, blue, looks like she might have wet it, and not by swimming.
