i just love pics of girls in panties - i mean, we all (well, I at least) have a very good working knowledge of what a vagina looks like; the undies allow some imagination.

Also (again, speaking for myself), they provide an insight into a girls personality - they pick out what they think looks 'cute' when they're shopping, and pick which pair they wear from what makes them feel sexy, right?

You could so easily just reach out and snap a shot up her dress. Maybe she's got innocent whit cotton panties on, maybe a red lacy pair, maybe a thong, maybe nothing!

Risk v Reward. You get nailed, with all the ensuing joy that goes with it OR you get a crappy cell phone shot, of which there are thousands available to download in the comfort of your Lazyboy. So, no - have never done that kind. Now back from a stairway with a good cam (and a helpful skirt), have attempted a few of those.

Here's a useful strategy (that I used to get one of my all time greats). You see a cutie walking towards a stairway, say, leading to a famous tourist attraction. A big wide stairway - the kind with lots of sitters. This attraction is something you could reasonably take a picture of. Get about 50-75 feet in front of the cutie as you walk towards the attraction, casually using your peripheral vision to "follow" while being in front of her (avoid looking like Inspector Clouseau while doing this). Try to get to the stairway near the line she will take up them. You can even begin to crouch, as long as you do it before she ascends. So there you are - taking an artistic picture, and this damned girl gets her ass in your way. It's not your fault! It would also be best not to have a super long lens (like a white Canon 100-400).
