Afterward, there was real trouble...

She’s got a beautiful pussy, with hairy labia majora. I love seeing her touch herself. Not much sexier than a wife needing to rub her clitoris until she orgasms.

Her full bush looks amazing

Different women different pussies

As an older gentleman I have had a few different lovers in my past. I dated an Italian woman who had the old school bush, almost like 70’s porn. Beautiful and natural woman. I had a girl who couldn’t grow a bush for some reason and it was very thin. Ex wife always shaved her’s in a wider strip. Many, many landing strips over the years. I asked my wife to shave hers once, kinda exciting but didn’t really turn me on the way I thought it would.

I have tried them all. Of course started out with a full bush then I started trimming when bikini season came. I got tired of trying to keep it below the bikini so I shaved it all off. After a while I did like to tease before I trimmed it by letting a little show so I decided to go with a landing strip and thats how it is now

Wife normally keeps it shaved. I asked her to shave it many years ago. Now that is what she prefers.

Although, I have had her grow a landing strip for the summer. I told her I'd like her to try something different.

In actuality, she has a new red bikini. When its wet, it is just transparent enough you can see the dark contrast of her landing strip. It is subtle and I'm not sure if she has noticed yet. It definitely draws the eye to her pussy. Her bikini bottoms show this little dark line just above her pussy. I've seen other men notice at the beach. Once you see it, you can't ignore it. The fact that everyone is looking at my wife's landing strip and picturing her pussy in their mind is alright with me!

Great description! Love a full pussy with large lips. My wife has similar. Cheers!

I think it depends on the woman, her body type; and her personality. I generally like landing strips, trimmed; or full bush- but some women look great hairless too. Visually I like the way pubic hair frames the female form and I find it more pleasurable to photograph and sketch.

Why Some Women Didn't Groom?

Over the years we have noted that most nudist women's attitudes regarding their pussies have changed. In the 1950s and 1960s almost all women sported full bushes. Only "models" and "racy" women trimmed or shaved, exposing their pussy's beauty. Our ( my wife, Julie, and I ) preference is for the shaved or well groomed pussy. We feel that it is far more attractive and desirable.

Julie, began pubic grooming by trimming her pubes and shaving her pussy in the mid 1970s. She and her family loved the way it looked and enhanced her beauty. It also made her feel more dignified, confident and enabled. Although, by the 1980s she noted that only a few women were practicing some level of grooming.

During that time we were members of a couple of non-landed nudist clubs. These clubs usually had weekend gatherings at local resorts or various private areas in the local mountains or the desert. A few of times per month they also held small introductory nude meet-ups ( 4 to 6 couples ) for dinner, drinks and conversation at member's homes during the midweek. At these meetings there were usually one or two "new, trying social nudism" couples. And it is the woman of these couples that have given Julie the greatest insight as to why more women were not practicing pubic grooming.

After a couple of relaxing drinks the couples were more at ease and open to express their misconceptions and unease with social nudism and other associated issues. Being the curious type, Julie wondered why none of the novice nudists at these meet-ups practiced pubic grooming. So she would privately ask these women about their grooming choices.

In time a common theme emerged. From their early youth these women were "taught" to believe that their pussies were unsightly and only useful for urination and sex. Typically, they were negative and very sensitive about the appearance of their pussies. In order not to offend their mates or others who may see it they tended to wear a pareo wrap or keep their pussy concealed with pubic hair and tightly closed legs. As for their mates, they felt that their penis and testicles were naturally exposed and it was alright because they looked nice.

By contrast Julie had always felt that a woman's pussy was a beautiful and desirable part of her body and that enhancing and displaying it's beauty brought pleasure to others. For her it wasn't a display for sexual purposes, but to express her creativity, confidence and boost her personal appeal. She knew that a well groomed appearance could only enhance her attractiveness.

Fast forward to today and you see that most male and female nudists groom at one level or another ( except maybe the odd old "hippie" ). Many women now share Julie's opinion that their bodies, including the genitals, should remain "unhidden" and allowed to be admired and even desired. Others groom in response to social pressure of not wanting to be the only "hairy" woman in their social nudist group.

As stated before, Julie was a pubic hair grooming trend setter at our nudist camp. In early 1974 she got tired of being seen as an unglamorous and demure young lady at camp. So almost overnight she transformed herself into a confident and popular young woman by first changing her hairstyle and then grooming her pubic hair. She trimmed her pubic mons closely and shaved the lower part of her pussy, the entire length of her labia majora up to her clitoris. It was definitely much more attractive than the hairiness that she had before. She loved how it felt and looked and also the added recognition and attention that she got from her friends. Within a few weeks her sister and mother followed suit.

I remember this topic coming up back in the 90's, before smoothness "took off." The "older ladies" derogatorily referred to the bald look as "prepubescent" ("why would anyone want to look like a 10 year-old girl?) and even "exhibitionistic." As shower mentioned, they grew up believing that the vulva was "unsightly" or "triggering the male gaze"; and should remain covered in hair, of hidden. The idea of it being clearly visible was unimaginable to many of them.
My then-wife, who was a bit of a rebel anyway, decided to go bald anyway to "make a statement." She was, at least at the beginning, one of the first to do so at our resort.

What it ended up doing is allowing nudist women to accept - and even embrace - their individual uniqueness. From "innies" (aka "coin-slot" pussies) to "outies" (visible labia); more female nudists are comfortable with it than ever before.

Personally, I feel that "outies" have more "personality", so to speak. My wife is one; so maybe I'm a little biased.;)

I’ll eat either…

The past 10 years:
I went from a full bush blonde with a coin slot on my ex wife- to my last partner with a little brunette patch on top of a puffy pubic bone with some dangly bits to toy with. ( she started as full bush till we started going to nude beaches she quickly trimmed it down for everyone’s viewing pleasure) was my personal favourite so far.

Current partner started off as
Full shave puffy pelvic bone true coin slot but has allowed it to grow in again, so it’s a trimmed short coin slot at the moment (see if that remains once we hit a few beaches, it may go again).

Tits: were a med C / tiny A / huge DD-

I again found the tiny more fun and versatile. I loved braless little jigglers under a sundress or quick peeks when she wore a half buttoned dress shirt, etc
The C & DD ‘ were (are) always grabbing a bra before going anywhere….

The latter was ultimately the reason why my wife started shaving again. She had a full bush for years, and that was actually because I wondered how it would look like and I asked her to grow it out.

She had gone to the gym before, but always on her own. During covid, she didn't go to the gym but resumed it afterwards, and now for the first time together with some friends. They would see each other in the changing rooms and my wife was the only one with a bush; her other friends were fully shaved or had a landing strip.

There wasn't any real social pressure from her friends. Obviously, they noticed the bush and were interested why a woman in her mid-30s had a full bush, but they accepted her initial explanation that I liked it and according to my wife she never received any negative comment. Yet, she felt the outlier in her group, and she liked the shaved look of the other ladies. She started talking to me about the idea to start shaving again. She hadn't shaved for about 13 years, but she wanted to give it a try and at first she thought about the landing strip, just like one of her friends.

To be fair, I liked the bush and I wasn't a big fan of the idea of her shaving again, and I told her that. I was used to it after such a long time. Yet I didn't want to force her to keep it, it's ultimately her body and her decision.

Anyway, she decided to pursue with it. As shaving a nice landing strip turned out to be a bit of a hassle with a full bush of long pubes, she ended up shaving everything off, so she was bare again for the first time in 13 years and she liked it immediately. Her friends in the gym complimented her with her new look. I had more issues adjusting, especially the first couple of weeks I really missed the bush and I was a bit annoyed that she did put so much effort in it to keep it smooth, shaving it every day and telling me that she had no plans on growing it back anytime soon. She told me she would keep it bare at least all summer long.

Well, that turned out to be longer. She started shaving one and a half year ago, and has kept it smooth ever since except for a short period of some three weeks last year before summer, as she wanted to try a wax for the first time and for that you need to grow it out a little. She apologized to me for being hairy when I performed oral on her a week before the wax. 🤣

But it seems she now likes the bare look, I recently asked her if she could see herself ever growing out the full bush again, and she told me that while she knew I liked it, she absolutely didn't want to have a full bush again. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy her smooth pussy now, it feels great and it looks great.

Last weekend she started talking about laser hair removal, she wants this for her underarms and legs and she now also considers getting her pubic area done. We have the money and I don't mind it for her underarms and legs, and I understand how convenient it can be, but I don't like the idea that it's so permanent when it comes to her pubic area. The idea that she would never be able to grow out a bush again... I don't know if I can get used to it. Unlike shaving, it's such a definitive decision and I don't really know how I feel about it. Maybe I need to get used to the idea. I don't want to tell her what she can and can't do with her body and on the other hand it's such a permanent change and I always liked her bush when she had one.

Laser isn't permanent. If you stop getting treatment, it'll grow back.

I've read that it grows back less full and can be spotty or patchy. My wife's bush wasn't already very dense anyway, so I'm afraid that laser will anyhow affect it. And I know that the results are different. The laser clinic where my wife has informed has good reviews and people seem to have long-lasting results, with hair growing back only sparsely after a long time, if there is even hair growing back.

My wife considers it because the package deal of having her underarms, legs and pubic area lasered has an attractive price. If she would do only underarms and legs it is a bit cheaper, but if she'd then later decide to have her pubic area lasered as well it will be more expensive. She thinks it's a good deal and she told me she anyhow doesn't want to grow out a full bush again, so according to her it won't make a difference for me, but it will be a game changer for her as otherwise she would still be shaving daily.

Anyone here with any experience with laser hair removal in the pubic area? How successful was it?

sith11 08-05-2025 07:20 PM

not permanent but...
