So, from what I understand these dresses are kind of a fetish cosplay based on The Story of O. I've seen the name "Roissy" (apparently the setting of the book) connected to them. Might be a lead on where to find more.

That represents the Minoan civilisation. All their women dressed that way at that time if I correctly recall a TV programme I saw. They even included a re-created scene where the actresses dressed like this.
