just ran into this thread and I can't believe nobody had posted this video yet. It was pretty big in Mexico a few years ago (like in 2002, damn Im getting old!) MTV-LA wouldn't air it when it came out. Its Mexican/American band Molotov, singing Rasta Mandita from their Apocalipshit Album. Great band, song and even better video. The legend says that they just plain decided to spend the budget of the video having as much fun as possible with some stripper-friends of the band. Here's a link to it.

The lyrics are fantastic as well, although some are difficult to translate. The chorus would translate to something like: "Every time that I see you I get a stiff... Every time that I see you i get a stiff... on my heart! My heart gets stiff! It stops beating!"... makes more sense in spanish :D
