Not sure there are any secrets to it. Lots of girls post nudes to Tumblr. A regular tumblr thread would be HUGE. These are just girls who posted and then changed their mind. That's trickier, and takes some time. But often girls post nudes on other sights, which they hope will link to their own in order to gather 'followers'. Here's an example of that. This woman has no nudes posted on her own tumblr, but this nude was posted to a topless tumblr site.

Same girl as above:

"Hey there. Thanks for posting my photos the other day. Here are 4 more that I was hoping to submit. Will you credit them to me, tallemgirl? I’m 19. Thank you again ;)"

Here's another example of the variation I described above: the tumblr still exists with tons of 'selfies', but they're of the usual teasing variety: underwear, bra, handbra, etc. No nudes at all. But then posted to another site, and linked back to theirs is this text:

"I’m probably gonna get alot of shit for this but happy topless Tuesday everyone"

Sorry, I should have restated this. The reason is that, due to a quirk of tumblr, if someone sends you a message from their private side blog, it lists the sender as their (public) main blog.
