The sexiness almost completely evaporates when you see she really does look creeped out, and the guy just keeps moving around to her front, and she keeps having to turn her back to him until dressed. I'm all for videos of a cute chick bobbing and bouncing topless through NYC, but this guy kinda needs a subtle punch on the nose, if for nothing else than ruining it for the rest of us (for a little while anyway).

It's possible she was getting ready to walk into starbucks or something, which was right behind her. Private establishments can kick you out for doing this if they want. But, yes, he was creepy for following her and then sticking to her the entire time.

Good point, he likely wasn't the first guy to follow her with a camera. She may accept that as a reality of what she is doing. The strange part is if he would have just asked her he could have had better shots.

When is the best time to catch Moira?
 

Was in the Union Square area a few times this month but did not see her. Is there a specific time that she is around?Make sure I will bring my camera.

Not sure but East Village is where she hangs out or lives.

I think people do have better cameras; they simply choose a low resolution setting. Either that or they decrease the size of the picture on their pc. In any case, I suspect this is the last time we've seen Moira's friend. Not to mention, the summer is coming to a close soon.

A few times, I have experienced now going out with a male counterpart, whether it be a friend or somebody I`m dating. And people actually ask the person that I`m with who is a male if they can take my picture rather than asking me, personally.
MJ: ... I do think that covering the breast does make them more mysterious and more sexual. And what I`m doing demonstrating since May is that a woman can walk around and be safe and not be sexually assaulted on the streets of New York City. That`s what my experience is... I would like women to feel empowered and take agency about their own bodies and go topless whenever they feel comfortable in their own social context in their own communities. There`s a bunch of different contexts where women might feel comfortable going topless, exercising, doing yoga, driving, gardening, in a dance studio, swimming pools, beaches, saunas, spas.

MJ: Well, breasts can be sexual and they can also be non- sexual, and I think that`s based -- based on what the woman wants. It`s up to her. You know, every woman can choose for her breasts to be sexual or commercialized. And I`m perfectly, you know, an advocate of that. I`m also an advocate of a woman being able to bear her breasts in situations that are not sexual and not commercial...I`m an exotic dancer...About six years...I am confident about my body and I was confident before I started the job, but yes, of course, it reinforces the notion that I`m comfortable with people seeing my body in spaces such as public spaces.
PINSKY: But Moira, honestly, I`m not so comfortable, Lisa`s daughter or my daughter would be walking around like that.
MJ: That`s another important point. I`m kind of pointing to a flaw as well, because after working in the adult entertainment industry, I understand and know very well that men like to see women`s breast and like to see other women`s breasts in public as well. However, how many of them would feel comfortable with their girlfriend, wife, daughter, mother, or sister doing the same?

I think she was arrested because the cop who arrested her wasn't familiar with the law. They let her go shortly afterward.
