OK, I've always wanted to know: How can you tell these are fake? They look real to me, but maybe if I knew the secret, I too would be able to tell realistic-looking fake boobs by sight. Care to divulge the secret?

...granted, these are very well done, but the tell tale sign is the nipple in this case...there is residual (red) healing from the implant surgery

other techniques include under the breast, under the arm and others that are designed to be undetectable...

the implants now are largely saline based, however there have been significant improvements in silicone materials that make the breast life-like and virtually risk free...Dr. Annacondom, :cool:
