The page was made private. Could you post the pics or upload them somewhere?

It's showing up for me...

Maybe you need to log in?

Its OK for me. Fango and I are both probably logged in.

These pics are from Coccozella user Tarzan. Some enlarge well if you use the flickr tricker, but not all.

They do not have Coccozella copyrights, however, so probably OK to post. Crispus, I believe, also posted this link a month or so back.

That's odd, I can get through now (I was logged in both times).

Klondike: What is the "flickr tricker"? How do I use it?

I own a Mac and for me, you just control click (maybe right click for PC) on the thumb, then select "view image" (or whatever for PC, but the idea is to get the pic URL up in your browser). For example:

http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3432/...44932e5b_s.jpg

This is the pic URL for one of the pics in the Polar Bear gallery. You should just see the pic thumb (as is denoted by the "s" at the end before ".jpg") Now simply change the "s" to a "b" or "o" to get the full sized image. I try "b" first because its not as likely that an "o" will work. "o" sizes are larger than "b" sizes. Sometimes both "b" and "o" will work, and sometimes neither work.

Flanker7 and others have posted these instructions elsewhere and likely they are more specific for PC users. MAybe try a search if you cant get it to work because I don't own a PC.

For PC's right click on the thumbnail. Then left click on properties. Copy/Paste the Address for the thumbnail from the properties page: (URL) (ie: [url]http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3465/3362061372_1ea3f93a33_s.jpg then change the _s to _b. Sometimes this won't work though (I was unsuccessful trying to expand other pics in this set) and you are stuck with the .gif image. Does anyone know of a way to convert .gif to .jpeg? I googled it, but the tools listed didn't seem to work for me.

I found out that sometimes it works also or only if you change _s to _o. If available, _o size is the original size and therefore often bigger than the _b size. ;)

Even if there isn't a larger version (the _b, or, occasionally and generally for older uploads, _o) available, you can always get the same size you see on the photostream page, ~500x375, by just removing the _s or _t. In the quoted example, finish with ...1ea3f93a33.jpg

crispus, by knowing only a filename, e.g. 3476613861_527349de13_o.jpg, is there anyway one can trace back to the set/account it came from?
