Here's a link to an article written by someone who was part of the expedition; hxxp://www.southpolestation.com/trivia/history/skiers.html. The author mentions Shirley stripping at the end of the page. The article contains several clothed photos of her, but none in her underwear (the guy who wrote it is actually looking for them too!).

Some photos of Shirley Metz with her clothes on. She's the one with her hands on the pole in the B/W shot. The photo in the red snowsuit must have been taken right before she stripped.

It's been 14 years since I started this thread. I said I'd post better photos one of these days, so here they are. Does anyone have more photos of her? There's actually a series. Could one of the Mods please rotate them?
