well i cant say for certain but i think the song is by aqua, yep just checked and it is, its on thier Aquarium album. its sad i know, but i've watched this clip so many times i now know the words myself :o

The girl was hot, but something tells me that this wasn't the first time the guy was playing the part of a woman.
