That's the Ponderosa in Roselawn Indiana, also known as Dick Droth's Naked City. A former nudist colony, it still hosts the annual Miss Nude World contest, and has since the mid-70's, Droth was an interesting character - a dwarf, he at one point purchased the Playboy Jet, and if I remember, was charged with sex crimes (****?) on the plane. If my eyes are correct, one of the contestants in these last clips is Hypatia Lee, who went on to a lengthy porn career before renouncing the profession.
