I wouldn't choose to live there, but I've travelled a lot and it was one of my favourite countries to visit. I'm not quite sure what you're asking, but if you go to Russia in summer you'll see some great eye candy (I don't know about winter, but imagine they'll be covered up a lot more). They have conscription, and have basically been at war with at least one country at any time in the last several decades, so there are more women than men and the girls try hard to get attention. I went a few years back during a heat wave, and eg bras were very uncommon unless the top was very transparent (a little see through apparently doesn't require a bra).

The weird thing is that the victims often start hitting the prankster, but then stop when the camera is pointed out. I would have though that the camera would make things worse rather than better. I don't know what the law is like there, but around here they'd need to sign something to give permission for the clip to be shown, so I guess we're only seeing the ones who want to be on TV and that is why the camera makes it OK.

On the subject of whether these are fake or genuine or not. Although I am sure that Russian TV producers are no more trustworthy than those in the West, it should be remembered that Russian culture is very different from the US and UK. The young Russian ladies are generally much more relaxed about sex and nudity than there western counterparts. On the other hand they are much more likely to kick you in the nuts if you p*ss them off! Never been to Russia myself, but I know a lot of Russian girls who work in London.
