So how do people UN-CENSOR a photo?

I use shots that don't show a face, either cropped or back of the head. If there is a face, I distort and remove data.
I also do a brightness check and see if faces come into "view" out of the dark and then put a black circle over the face and then correct the levels.

In a previous marriage I had a buddy that we used to share photos of our wives. It was always in person and it was always a physical picture or video tape. We never actually swapped the pics over the long time we did it. He at one point said he was going to jerk off to the pictures and I didn't want to take the chance of him copying or taking a pic of my pics so I told him he'd have to use his memory. Instead of just asking you should try letting them see 1-3 less explicit pictures "by accident" on your phone or computer or something. Then you can play it off like you didn't intend for them to see... but since they did, what did they think? The answer will almost certainly be positive unless your friends are complete assholes lol. Then when they say she looks good, hot, sexy, etc it shouldn't be so awkward to ask if they would like to see a few more. They will probably continue with positive comments at which you can ask again about seeing more. You might be surprised how those "principles" melt away when they actually have eyes on a nude woman...
