Sounds like the photog might be interested in joining in the action.

Talked and thought about this... Also thought the photographer wanted to be part too. I'm curious as to thoughts on what I should ask for in trade for our photos? No outlandish ideas that will fail please, but I'm game to good ideas!!!

My wife Colleen gets much more willing to show off when we are out of town. She loves hotels, she says they turn her on because on vacation her family always stayed with relatives. We went to Va Beach for a three day getaway and she saw a local ad and told me she wanted to try it. We went to a local mall and I bought her a relatively sheer black top and a matching sheer black bra and bikini panties. She picked out a short black skirt with a small slit on one side, black sandal heels and black thigh hi stockings with a tiny bit of gold thread in them, not the kind that have a ton of lace at the top, but go all the way up with just a little band at top. We had made an appointment at this studio for 2:30 on Saturday, Colleen insisted on having a bottle of wine in our hotel before we went. When we got there a girl fixed her hair and makeup and she had more wine. We had agreed that she would go no further than bra and panties, but she really got into it and the three people in the studio, 2 guys and the makeup girl. She ended up doing a full strip except for stockings and heels. The main guy asked her if she would like to lay on the bed and she posed for about 12 more pics in all positions, on her knees from behind, on her side and fully nude with her legs spread. We still have 32 prints in our bank safety deposit box lol. If I can get her to agree Ill scan a few in here.

Personally, I think those professional boudior photos are nothing more then-- filtered out- hazed out - imperfection hiding photos.... I really don't find them erotic at all because they are all doctored-up.

I don't need nudity to be erotic, but all that filtered- photo shoppped pro stuff really takes away alot. Nothing natural & fun loving about them. Stiff posing !!??

I think a good trade would obviously be more photo work done for free. I wouldn't ask for too much for free. Maybe another small session. Play it right and be generous with her and have fun and maybe she joins in and has a good time then she'll just offer even more. Good photographers put a lot of time into photo work so their time is a pretty good discount.

She offered to do another couples shoot and Cate agreed. I'm wondering what to expect.

Everyone's entitled to their opinion of course. To me, about half the thrill is the situation: naked in front of a photographer (most likely a complete stranger), perhaps out in the open air or in front of a hotel room window.

I understand, but I just don't like all that photoshopping haze/filtering, it just looks like the women are hiding every little inferfection to an extreme, and most bouduoir pics are mostly dressed in some way.. we're talking professional stuff here you pay for, right?

I mean I talk bouduior pics of the wife myself, non-pro, no filters....

For boudoir pics, I would want my wife to look her very best. The way I see her. Good lightning and artful posing to accentuate her best bits and de-emphasize the less attractive bits are what good photographers (pro or amateur) do. Filters are rarely necessary, but sometimes appropriate for a good effect.
