One year during a Bike Week event in Daytona they were gonna have a nude march down Main Street. My wife wore a tiny top and planned on removing it for the march. It wasn't the $250 fine I worried about. After 50 years of flashing and going topless, having a record is not a good thing if she plans on any more boob showing other places. Se we marched with others covered.
What gets me is they make such big deals yet thousands of people come to watch. I guess ya gotta be politician, actor, or sports jock to show tits!

It isn't a matter of priorities as far as crimes go. A police department's efficiency is judged by how many arrests ("getting x number of criminals off the street"), not the scope of the crime. So they go after the easy busts. Murders are a bit more difficult to solve than trying to figuring out which woman has taken her top off in public.

Equally illegal as far as the statistics go.

Yep the easy busts ! And it's more fun to strip search and cuff a topless woman than a murderer or drug dealer.
