Great clips, but is this actually "Distraction?" Distraction was more of a questions and answers game. I only ask because I'd be interested in knowing more about this show!

It's the same distractions they used on the American Comedy Central version of the show, that much I know. There's another video where they do the naked balloon popping, which was also on both versions of the show. As far as I know, these videos are from the Italian version of the show.

UK Distraction Update
 

After I saw susansusan's post on Balls Of Steel the other day, I went to the 4oD section on Youtube to see what else they've put on, and the uncensored UK version of Distraction is on there. Unfortunately, I suspect that like Balls Of Steel, it's not going to be viewable for viewers outside the UK.

Having watched most of the episodes, I can tell you that while all the nudity is uncensored, there isn't too much that's great. The "nudist phonebooth" idea isn't in the UK version, and all of the episodes except 1 show 3 nudists or fewer, and in these cases the nudists aren't attractive. Of the female nudists, one in particular keeps reappearing, and I've seen her on other comedy shows as well, so I guess she's who casting directors call when they want a woman to be naked. Very unattractive though.

The only episode with more people is Season 2 Episode 1, which has the "nudist dressing" game, and 2 of the women (out of 5 women and 15 nudists :mad:!) are pretty decent. The link for that one is here, for UK viewers.

The final problem is getting this in a downloadable form. All these 4oD videos are beyond the KeepVid treatment. To make it even more difficult, Channel 4 never bothered to make a DVD of Distraction, so you can't just buy it either. Unless someone can work out how to download these videos, we're done basically.

Finally, after a long time of not being able to afford a pass, I can upload this! Sorry for the delay. This is the nudists "getting dressed" scene from UK Distraction season 2 episode 1 that I mentioned above. For those offended by the sight of male members, don't bother downloading! I see that my summary above was, if anything, too optimistic. Only one of the female nudists, the one in the middle of the line, is actually good-looking (although the last in the line is sort of alright in odd way) but it is pretty funny.

I'm very much still on the lookout for other scenes from the various 'Distractions' around the world, too, so if anyone can locate any, please post them. There were definitely local variants in Spain, Italy, Israel and Holland (where it was called 'rat van fortuin') and obviously the US. Clips from the US version, including at least one of the nudist phoneboxes, used to be on Youtube, but I believe Comedy Central got very protective of their content at one point and it vanished.
