It’s happening in a lot of places the past few years. Berkshire Vista in Massachusetts closed. There’s another one in north Georgia that is no longer clothing optional.

New Jersey Nudist Resort Closed Too
 

One of the very few remaining nudist resorts in New Jersey quietly closed last Spring after about 90-years in business.

The owner for the last fifty of those years retired and just didn't open in the Spring. That leaves just a couple of nudist clubs, both dating back to the 1920s or early 1930s, still in operation in the state, which once had several more.

The resort that closed was Goodland Country Club in Hackettstown.

@Sugarbare12 I can't thank you enough for posting such a special series on Dee. Along with Cecille Allain she is one of the true icons of the great nudist age and to be able to see her pictures collected together like this is a real joy. I love how vintage nudism is being digitized and this allows those of us who are younger than her but who idealize that time to really enjoy the golden age.
