Found this really oldie, but goodie at a place selling clips. It's a silent comedy where an elegant woman gets her skirt torn off at a party. Action starts at the 17:12 mark on the code.

The sight doesn't offer any info on the clip. Any ideas on who she is or what the title of the film might be? One of the title cards lists it as a Cameo Comedy. I think the main actor is Monty Collins.

Has anyone seen the 1941 movie " You're in the Army Now " ? In it Jane
lets in two vacuum salesmen ( Jimmy Durante and Phil Silvers ) to demostrate
there vacuum. One of them throws dirt on the carpet and the other turns on
the vacuum to show how it cleans. But instead of sucking up the dirt it blows
air out and for a few tummy seconds Jane's skirt is blown up revealing that
she's wearing lace satin knickers and stockings. As I said Yum...
